Unlike federal law, Oregon law does not differentiate between crack cocaine and cocaine in powder form. Cocaine possession is a Class C felony. Cocaine delivery is a Class B felony. If you are found to have delivered cocaine to someone under the age of 18 or within 1,000 feet of a school, it is a Class A felony. The manufacture of cocaine is a Class B felony, unless you were found to have manufactured cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school. In that case, it is charged as a Class A felony. Unlawful delivery of cocaine to a minor can carry a 34 to 72 month mandatory minimum prison sentence. Unlawful manufacture or delivery of substantial quantities of cocaine can carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 34 to 130 months in prison.
